Lettings
We are able to find tenants using our marketing platforms including RightMove and Zoopla, from advertising to tenant finding and tenancy creation. We undertake all due diligence checks, and offer 24/7 emergency support to all our tenants. We are accredited by the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP) and are a member of Propertymark to ensure higher levels and service and standards are maintained, along with the The Property Ombudsman (TPO). We are proud to offer a care-centred, efficient and professional service to our tenants, and total peace of mind for our landlords.
Maintenance
Our exceptional attention to detail is carried through into our maintenance team. We provide a fast response to any urgent property matters, as well as ensuring an effective and robust maintenance schedule is in place for all our managed properties.
